I help organizations create cultures where people thrive—through learning, leadership, and trauma-informed systems change.
I’m Bri (she, her), a systems strategist, educator, and facilitator who partners with schools, nonprofits, and public agencies to build cultures rooted in curiosity, coherence, and human dignity. My work bridges the worlds of education, public health, and social services, helping teams navigate complexity with clarity and compassion.
Across contexts, I support leaders and practitioners in strengthening the conditions that make learning, relationships, and resilience possible. Whether I’m guiding a district through project-based learning, coaching middle managers on trauma-informed supervision, designing a trainer-immersion program, or helping teams align around a shared vision, my focus is the same: creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and able to do their best work.
I weave research, lived experience, and practical design into strategies that are actionable and adaptive. My approach honors both the human stories within systems and the structures that shape them—because meaningful change requires attention to both.
If your organization is ready to learn, rethink, or reimagine how you work together, let me help you build the clarity, confidence, and capacity to get there.
How I Do What I Do
Trauma-Responsive: I hold the realities of our world at the front of everything I do. I know the impacts of stress and trauma, and am leading conversations across industries about how to promote well-being, resilience, and respond compassionately to the needs that arise in organizations and in relationships.
Purpose-Driven: Each team is moving toward goals and ideals and values. I honor those values and help frame them in a way that makes them actionable, human, and accessible, specific to your system. I don't want to create another to-do list, I want to infuse purpose in what we already do.
Belonging-Focused: Knowing others and being known is a critical component to engagement, connection, retention, and community. Every session or talk centers ways we might draw closer to each other, build trustworthiness, and foster connection.
